Buy a $5 raffle ticket and enter to win a 30-second commercial written and produced by the Showcase Arts Foundation's Film Division. Post it on your website, supply it to a local TV station, share it on Facebook, send it to your Mom!

How it works: You buy a ticket. If your ticket is selected in the random drawing, we call or email you to tell you that you won. You give us the outline of what you want, and our writers craft a script that accomplishes your goals. You get one round of revisions to the script, then we come to your location and shoot the film in an afternoon. We supply the actors, lighting, production crew, and film editors. After we're done shooting, we edit the movie for you and give you your ad in multiple file formats suitable for television or the web.

Terms & Conditions

A random drawing will be held on Friday, January 15, 2010. The Winner will be notified by phone or by email. In the event the first winner cannot be reached within five business days, a new Winner will be selected at random. After the Winner has been notified, he or she will be announced on showcaseartsfoundation.org.

The Winner will be given a 30-minute phone consultation to discuss the movie concept. The Showcase Arts Foundation writers will supply a script within ten business days, and the Winner may request one rewrite to be completed within ten business days. The Showcase Arts Foundation production crew will arrange a suitable time and location for production of the film. The production will take place on a single day in a four-hour timeframe. The post-production team will edit the footage into a completed film to be delivered to the Winner electronically or on CD, DVD, or Flash drive.
